This product replaces the pistol grip of the AR15/M16 series firearms allowing them to accept any Government Model 1911 style grip. The grip angle achieved with its application is the same as the popular 1911. Use our side panels (PG1911-2), Modular Grip (PMG1911) or Front Finger Grooves (PG1911-1) with the side panels of your choice. The unit may also be used with any other manufacture's GM 1911 grips
