May 16, 2001 -- Pearce Grip Inc., originators of the popular grip extension line for the Glock sub-compact auto pistols, introduces a M36 PlusOne™ extension. This unit converts the Glock model 36 (45 Auto) factory six round magazine to a seven round capacity as well as provides the extra finger groove for shooting comfort and control. The PlusOne™ replaces the factory magazine floor plate and is held securely to the magazine body with an external locking device that also doubles as a contour blending feature completing the rear of the grip. This new extension is made from a high impact polymer and incorporates the same texture and checkering pattern found on the pistol frame for a factory appearance.
