Refund policy
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a copy of the packing slip to include in your return with a note stating that you are wanting a refund or an exchange. If its an exchange please not what the exchange is.

Please make sure that the Item(s) you send back to us are the original Pearce Grip products you received from us. If you return parts to us that are not ours (ie. original factory base plates or knockoff parts) we will not ship them back to you unless you want to pay for return shipping as well.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the refund or exchange was processed. You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
