Works, But....

Purchased PG-MPS+2 to add capacity to my factory 7-round mags. After I swapped out the base plate, I couldn't get 2 additional rounds into the magazine. 1 additional round was all I could get seated and not have to worry about forcing the 2nd round in and then having to deal with feeding/cycling issues. IMO, PG-MPS+2 is a much better solution for adding one round, without that factory spacer sliding up and down. I'm satisfied. Thank you.

Very good for the price, does its job

I really like it. Installation was straightforward although it was annoying to get on, but that goes for most of these magazine extensions. My only issue really comes with the fact that the 9th round is a really tight squeeze -- When inserting the mag with the slide forward, you will have to slam it in, moreso than with other magazines that are topped off. It still works perfectly however, and for the very cheap price, I would absolutely buy these for any other S&W 7rd flush mags I get in the future as these are unbeatable. The build quality is also great from Pearce Grip, as per usual.

Very satisfied

This is the third product I recieved from Pearce. Living in NYS I'm limited to 10 rounds. This +2 magazine extention gives me a 9+1 magazine to go with the 8+1 that came with my gen 1 S&W Shield 9mm.
Once again I sm 100% satisfied with Pearce. Very easy to install, very inexpensive and the products work like advertised. I will not hesitate using Pearce in the future.

Not so great

The +2 for the 2.0 Shield 9mm 7 round mag looks good and felt ok but could not fit 2 more rounds in it even using the Maglula so unfortunately I cannot recommend it.

Magazine Extension For M&P SHIELD & SHIELD M2.0

This magazine extension for the M&P SHIELD/2.0 replaces the magazine floor plate providing Two extra rounds of 9mm and One round of .40 cal. It also adds 1" additional gripping surface for better control and comfort while also incorporating the factory texture pattern. The extension uses the patented PEARCELOCK mechanism to secure the extension body to the magazine.(US 10,996,010 B2)
