XD Magazine Grip Extension

Perfect for the XD sub compact 9mm 13rnd magazines..

This modification worked out well

I ordered the Springfield Armory: PG-XD magazine grip extensions to modify for installation on my CZ 2075 Rami magazines as shown in a You Tube mod video. Worked well and now I have some more stable grip on the pistol. The Pearce Grip extensions are well-made, solid, and easy to modify for this application. First mod took about three checks, the rest were one shot deals. Took around 30 minutes for each mod, and each one was a first time magazine catch success. The extensions fit the mag and the pistol grip well and make for a comfortable shooting platform. If you are interested in this mod, the You Tube video link follows. Just ignore the shrieking kids in the background! I recommend this video highly, it works. Jim

Grip Extension For Springfield Armory XD Series


Fits 9mm, 40S&W(sub-compact, compact and full size) models and MOD 2 farmes. Will not fit .45 ACP models, or XDM frames.

These units replace the magazine base plate. They do not alter the capacity of the magazine and provide better comfort by adding approximately 5/8 inch of gripping surface.
